The Professional Advisory Council is independent team that plays non-executive roles on a voluntary basis that aim to guide and help the passionate, aspiring and upcoming young managers globally to enable them turn their ideologies into verifiable practice. The council is professionally selected. The PAC Comprise of 7 members that comprise of:
Dr. Tarek Dessouki
Dr. Tarek bring in over 35 years of HR professional proven track experience. He has Ph.D. in Business Management Portfolio from MHU (Madison Hill University) – USA. He is a recognized curriculum creator and developer.
Eng. Lusanda Erasto
He brings in a wealth of over 25 years work experience from oil and gas industry, power industry discipline and manufacturing. He is a graduate from Juelich Technical University – Germany. He graduated with Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Bugingo Hezbon Masana
This is one of the greatest Elders in human resources management. He joins Jo Africa with over thirty (30) years hands-on experience from Banking and Insurance industry, Hospitality Industry, International Non- Governmental organizations, Marine industry and healthcare.
Ms. Leah N. Matia
Leah is a talented, resourceful, and committed Human Resources Management Professional with
over 12 years to work experience. She has demonstrated her prowess in International NGOs,
Hospitality Industry, the Education sector, and the Retail Industry within Kenya.
Clifford Oluoch
Clifford famously known as ‘Odijo’ a street word meaning teacher. He is a dynamic, fun-filled, and creative teacher with a mentoring and writing career path spanning almost 30 years in local and international curriculum.
Prof Paul Turner
He is a professor of Management Practice at Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University, UK, and has held similar roles at universities in Birmingham, Nottingham and Cambridge.
Lomkhosi Magagula
Lomkhosi Magagula is a business woman, HR Practitioner. She currently leads the Eswatini Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration Commission as the Executive Director.
