About the founder
Fostine Opiyo Odhiambo
Fostine is a human resource, operations and administration leader with more than 18 years of experience across hospitality, retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, education and civil society. He has led workforces from 50 to 3,500 employees, overseen HR for 18 companies and worked in Kenya, Tanzania (including Zanzibar), Comoros and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

He has contributed to several writings, articles and book reviews, and co-wrote chapters in various management books globally.
