He is a recognized curriculum creator and developer. He is the founder of Professional Human Capital (PHC) Africa. He is an international Consultant and have contributed, established and modified various HR Systems for Tech Mahindra- India, GET group – USA, Canada, Qatar, Dubai and Egypt. Zain Iraq, Pirelli (Alex – Egypt – Italy), and GTI – Philippines. He is a respected coach in HRM related issues and a mentor to many. He is HRIC accredited from ACI (American Certification Institute) He is from Egypt and believes in helping to solve labour issues through finding best solutions for Egyptians and Africans HR problems as a whole. He joins the Professional Advisory council as an active council member on voluntary basis.
